If booking on to a Training course, a non-refundable booking fees are as follows, but may vary:
£199 is required upon booking for any course of £699 in value;
£300 if the course value is £700 - £1500;
£500 if the course value is £1501-£2000;
£750 if the course value is £2001- £3500;
£950 if the course value is £3501 or more.
A non-refundable balance is due 14 days prior to course commencement.
Courses and shadowing below £699 in value are payable in full upon booking. In some cases a booking fee of £150 is accepted to secure your training below £699 in value. The fee is non refundable and non transferable. In case of cancellation within less than 2 weeks notice - full cost of the training is payable in all circumstances.
The only time we will consider to waive the balance  (not the booking fee) is in the event of a serious or contagious illness or emergency. Official proof is required. Booking fees cover administration and expenses involved in booking a student on to a forthcoming training. It also guarantees a first available slot on the selected training.
Free of charge Shadowing is available on any hands-on practical training undertaken within
the first 3-6 months period of training completion date. 

Shadowing outside of the 6 months period bracket - £250 is available to our students only who have attended hands-on practical class in person.
Same venue is not guaranteed and you may need to travel to a different location.
Pandemic, war and nature force major - the fees are non refundable. A new alternative date and/or location will be offered when safe to do so.
We reserve the right to change the training location in the event of the venue cancellation.
We will source the alternative location within reasonable distance to the original venue.
If you do need to cancel or rearrange your training, please call us or text us on
07547401020. If you text or get an answer-phone, please leave a clear message stating the
following:
• That you wish to cancel or rearrange
• Your full name
• Your telephone number
• The date and time of your course
• The course/s you were booked in for
If you are late by more than 30 minutes you will not be able to continue on the day and the
cost of the training will be lost.
