If booking on to a Training course, a non-refundable booking fees are as follows, but may vary:
£199 is required upon booking for any course of £699 in value;
£300 if the course value is £700 - £1500;
£500 if the course value is £1501-£2000;
£750 if the course value is £2001- £3500;
£950 if the course value is £3501 or more.
A non-refundable balance is due 14 days prior to course commencement.
Courses and shadowing below £699 in value are payable in full upon booking. In some cases a booking fee of £150 is accepted to secure your training below £699 in value. The fee is non refundable and non transferable. In case of cancellation within less than 2 weeks notice - full cost of the training is payable in all circumstances.
The only time we will consider to waive the balance  (not the booking fee) is in the event of a serious or contagious illness or emergency. Official proof is required. Booking fees cover administration and expenses involved in booking a student on to a forthcoming training. It also guarantees a first available slot on the selected training.

Cancellation Policy and Refunds

 

TRAINING

Upon booking a training course, a non-refundable booking fee is required for all in person classroom practical Training Courses.

 

- No Booking Fee Required; Advanced Lips (Online Only), Lidocaine Infiltration, Advanced Toxins, Skin Bio-Armouring, Skin Remodelling, Vitamin Injections, Facial Anatomy/ Complications/ Medical Emergencies/ Dissolve Protocols, Thread Webinar. Due to these training courses having no booking fee required, the full cost of the training will be payable upon booking - Online Training.

 

The full cost of the course is required if its commencement of the course is

within 2 weeks of cancellation.

 

The remaining balance of the in person classroom training courses are due on the dav of training.

 

In the event of an act of God (pandemic, war, natural disaster) then all fees remain non-refundable, and a new date will be offered to the trainee.

 

Booking fees cover administration and expenses involved in booking a student on to a forthcoming training. It also guarantees a first available slot on the selected training.

 

Shadowing up to 6 months period is free of charge.

Shadowing from 6-12 months period bracket - £250, over 12 months £450 is available to our students only who have attended hands-on practical class in person.

Same venue is not guaranteed and you may need to travel to a different location. *Only available on selected training courses, subject to availability.

Shadowing means watching, no hands on experience is included in shadow days.

Questions are to be asked at the end of the day.

 

We reserve the right to change the training location in the event of the venue cancellation. We will source the

alternative location within reasonable distance to the original venue.

Pandemic, war and nature force major - the fees are non refundable. A new alternative date and/or location will be offered when safe to do so.
